Have you placed any kind of Lamination or Screen Guard. Remove any kind of lamination or screen guard from the front of Proximity Sensor. Proximity Sensor is located on the left side of earpiece.

I have driven Suzuki Swish 125 and that has enormous amount of jerk at handle on even the smallest rough patches. This is probably the worse thing that can happen to a company like TVS after designing and manufacturing such a good product. I have been using TVS Jupiter for last couple of months and it is really pleasing to ride on this scooter. Fuel efficiency is consistent 50 Kmpl on Hilly Twisted single lane roads here in Himachal. Really it is better than Activa in terms of riding comfort.

tic tic noise is normal as it happens due to expansion and contraction of engine parts when it becomes hot and cool. I have heard tik tik sound from bikes and also from my WagonR as I stop somewhere during the journey and get out of the car.

Go to a service station which has the expertise in servicing. The problem with TVS is that there is no quality control over service stations and they often don't have proper and adequate knowledge about the vehicle. For riding comfort on bad roads go for a bike. With bigger tyres and better suspension, bikes are very comfortable on bad roads. Non of the scooters in the market can deliver that much comfort. You can contact TVS by the addresses given in the user manual (Email or Phone) about this. Further more you can register a complaint at consumer court as your vehicle is in warranty and during warranty period you should not be charged about any technical failure.
