@benhur1278 i have reconfirmed with the credit card company. they would charge 3.15% interest irrespective of whether its a refund amount or not.
@benhur1278 i know that the money will be reversed to my credit card company. i am not asking for cash/cheque refunds. But the credit card company hasnt yet got any refund either !!! @joyjeetm i spoke to many of them... everyone kept getting onto the technicality of how many days is should take read more...

i have had a similar case of impersonation with Axis Bank, where one employee impersonated as the Branch Manager !!!
