I am sorry to inform that your technical team, if you have any, does not analyse the problem. On opening the unit by your technician, it was found that the element was touching the drum/tank at one point and copper sulphate had deposited at that point both on the element and the inner surface of the read more...

RACOLD Electrical Water Heaters are giving trouble to every buyer and the company and their service provider is unable to sort out the problem.
Why are you Model specific? Are the problems model specific? The Electrical Water Heaters (I bought PRESSTO PS II) is causing tripping off of my House ELCB and my house Electrical DP has burnt due to this. Can you tell the problem?
