ashok, The 1.4 I understand would give 10 to 11. Considering your driving of 15kms per day, you could safely go for the petrol option. The economics would just not workout to justify a diesel. I would suggest you have a look at Punto before taking a decision on your Dzire. I feel if you dont have read more...

I did test drive the hyundai i20 and ther were 2 glaring points that dissapointed me. 1) Power - The vehicle lacks power.
