Am just a regular person with weird ideas....
Right now, I am slaving at a place that pays me $$, for being a shrink.
Fantasy - Life at a decent greeny place, say a Pacific Island, or Scotland. Some sailing. Other requirements are ''should be bursting with bandwidth, access to great food and books.'' Probably, I could keep pets then, maybe a single canine, an Irish Collie.
And yeah, I am new to Mumbai. What are some of the better places to browse, find good books? Have been to Crosswords and was somewhat disappointed...after the Crosswords at Ahmedabad. I like fantasy, fiction, westerns, historicals, etc....all sorts i guess. Please email some nice places to look foor good books, as well as old music...
. Reading - Good books,Fantasy, fiction, spanish works, sci-fi, ancient history. If it helps, my fav authors are Tolkien, Kafka, Kundera, Roddy Doyle, Somerset maugham, o'henry, Douglas Adams, Louis L'amour, Gabriel G Marquez..many more..
Travelling - just about anywhere. I like greenery and the ocean
Music - everything except industrial rock/heavy metal. I hate Britney Spears and all ''boy bands''
Like computers - Linux, FreeBSD, MacOSXGaming - looking forward to the next ATI nVidia cards and of course, Doom III. My life is far away from computers...
Good food - like traditional food without too much oil adn spice. Fav sweet - kheer, followed closely by nicely made chocolate. I like cheesey pizzas topped with more cheese. I like caffeine.
