Thank you for your comment I do agree with your point however I will still consider safety as an issue for a low cost airline. The reason being, in the procees of reducing costs a low cost airline casn at times strangle airline manitenace with a leash on expenses, more so as the aircraft ages. In ad read more...

Hi Anurag... This is a critical shortfall with a Low-cost airline the world over. They do not take responsibility of delays and cancellations. However they try best to avoid such incidents. If you are late or want to cancell a flight at the Nth moment it is as good as giving it away for free. It is read more...
