Fully endorse the pathetic service part. This company is by and far the WORST I have seen in service. Rather than having such a pathetic service center with absolute idiots, they might as well close down and move out of India.

I wish you luck. I have had a beyond miserable experience with this brand. People looking to buy this brand - beware of horrible service, and an absolutely pathetic customer service center. I had the same experience. I will endorse your comment. We went through this 3 -4 times and are moving to consumer court against them.
