I have won case in ombudsman , star produced falsified call record , my contention of continuity of policy stands and failure of there verification of PED and ported my policy . I succeeded getting award in my favour .

in general star health insurance is cheaters they trying to cheat the innocent policy holders in terms of premium , when they want settle claim they will have there own answer to deny claims.

It's a fake company , they cheat giving wrong assurance during sale of policy , during claim you will know reality, support and online telesales team both are involved , they show some or other wordings to deny claim. I don't agree government health insurance companies are best
