Hi, I recently had a similar experience with them. This brand is very poor and unprofessional. Very rude staff and unapologetic. They were also teaching me manners on whatsapp, no one picks up and they dont realise that they are at fault. I have filed a complaint on National Consumer Helpline. Did y read more...
