We are also unlukcy Q900 owners, worst is the after sales service. I purchased the phone in April and on 5th of May it got dead, I submitted my handset to support center but now even after more than 1 month I still don't have the phone with me

Yeah, even I had a pathetic experience with infibeam. I ordered a book wich was scheduled to ship by 7th april but till today it is not shipped, I register a complaint with infibeam and they told it would take 48 hrs? for them to work on this. This is is indeed pathetic from infibeam, nobody cares t read more...

I think this has to do with the Dealer, he should have examined the vehicle before the delivery. I also own a Wego (Purchased in march 2010). Overall I am satisfied with its performance

I went for an enquiry at Kothari (tilak road) . I was told that I would not get a test ride for Aviator as it was not available?. The guys behaved as if they were kings and did not bother about me.

Don't know why TVS never keeps its word for market release of its product. based on some auto magazines, Wego can give tough competition to Honda, Suzuki and Mahindra. Even the website for wego is not functional (its still under construction)
