@kunalcbec : you can call Billdesk and ask them for a refund. It generally takes about a week for the money to come back to your account. Regards, Akshat
Hi jisir, Thanks for that link, I'm sure everybody would benefit from this. For others, the site I mentioned, rechargeitnow is supported by CCAvenue, which is also very trustworthy. Akshat
Hi devilasad. I got my money back. Now i prefer to get it done with www.rechargeitnow.com. It's better and fails less time. And once I had a similar problem with them, but I just wrote a mail saying the recharge failed and they acknowledged and refunded the money. Regards, Akshat
Thanks Dinesh and Shankar, I've mailed to Idea. I've the transaction ID also. Idea has quoted (through phone) that they'll recharge in 3 days. Whatever happens, one lesson earned, the e-commerce is still too immature to be used. At least in India where the law is so weak. I guess it's an advice and read more...

i totally agree, I'd major issues with the repair center, RT outsourcing both in Pune and Delhi and even after 6 months and 5-6 visits to the server center, my phone is still a waste of Rs. 20k ! If somebody in the process of taking legal action, do let me know,i've lot of evidence not sure how to l read more...
