This is not a good review for customer/technical support
Even their agents accepted that its device gone faulty, they could have just replaced it or send a tech support guy on the first call.... How will you feel if you had to explain the issue again and agin and again and again ... Best part , every time there was a complaint filed, next day i got messag read more...
Worst Technical support ever experienced in my life.... Internet speed is not the issue here... Connectivity was... i have lost my patience...
