Worst than ever technical support. No words!

My name is Albert, my sister and I signup for MTS dongle wifi this month on 5th October 2015. Number - 8459543090, After having the internet service for not even 10 days I had a problem connecting to internet on 16th October, I called their Royal customer service at 9136955955 and told the 1st tech guy’faizal’ about my issue, we tried some trouble shooting and he said its a device issue so he will forward to senior and it will be fix in 24 hrs.


The next day, I woke up and got a message from MTS saying "issue has been resolved" I got so pissed, I was about to call them after my tea, my phone rang and I got a call from NIPUN SHERAWAT 2nd tech name, he ask me the same thing again I explain the situation again, and he said he will file a complaint and this will get fix in 24 hrs again!.


I got so furious, I yelled at him in anger and he disconnected the call.Next day, I got a message again " issue fixed" so I called them, by now I was so frustrated I could barely speak calm, a lady picked up the call and I ask her politely, to connect to supervisor, she said she cannot and so I yelled and she did so, I got a call from nishant saini  - Floor supervisor it seems, he said he was floor supervisor"terrible liar", Now this guy tried to calm me and said give one chance I said fine and he requested me to wait for 14 hr, if not fixed then replacement will be done. Guaranteed!


Guess what happened?. Next day, I got a message again saying "issue has been resolve" and so I decided to have it cancelled and get refund for remaining data, a lady picked up the called and tried to do the same thing again, she said she will file original tech issue with device. I said " please forgive me and disconnect the dongle and refund remaining". She was kind enough to say okay.


I still have all the messages and luckily I have auto recorder on my phone installed and I have all the recordings too.


Till date I have not got any response from them. I will wait for 1 more week and if I do not get any response, I am surely going to Consumer court.

My registered number with MTS is - 9717XX8021, I hope some one from high authority see this and understand what are their staff doing.


Internet Speed - Even though I am unspeakably pissed and torn with such a pathetic technical./customer support, I will say that the internet is good. although I had few ups and downs which is okay as per my plan which was 1399 plan. I understand Not every provider can be as good as Airtel, that is why airtel can charge huge but still get enough clients. I am switching to them even though I may have to aishwaryasingh23 1000-2000 more.


I Feel sad for Stake their stake holders seriously, MTS - Need to check on your support system. "Its a Mess out there". If this continue, you will be doomed even though you may have all the necessary ingredients, if your chefs do not know how to add the flavors the food will not last forever.
