Hello Rajan, Why don't you sue them in consumer Court. They will not listen to your problems unless you sue them. We need to teach them the Value of money we invested on their product.

Hello, Please take back your device and reimburse my money back. I am not ready to take risk in my family members health. This device wont work most of the time and we are forced to drink normal water.

Readers! snapdeal people are still in the process of checking the status (joke!) There is no update on my complaint# 4233523 which was raised 48hrs before. just imagine their service and attitude towards their customers.
