Kolte Patil developer with their Green Olive Project made false commitmet. Even after 8 months of the date of the commencement for the possession they have not given the possession yet. They want all the FINANCIAL LOSS should be bare by customer this is very frustrating.

Good to see people are responding to the complaint i have raised. Till date builder continues with his FALSE COMMITMENT about the possession and asking extra amount 25000/- for early possession without compensation and completion certificate.
