They are no 1 cheaters...... they have taken Rs800 extra from me which i am running from pillars to post to get the money back. their Bannerghatta road General Manager promised to get the refund back in a weeks time. It is more than a month since the promise and he is not blaming the main branch and read more...

the overall score of this fraud website is 2 and still we are falling into their traps.. worst customer service.... no replies to mails or to the calls. All products are pricey and top of this we have shell Rs75 for the shipping..

totally agree with nair, The Customer support has no clue on the orders and the inventory. They either disconnect the call or bluntly reply of giving a call back after 5 minutes, which will never happen.

Totally agree with Tarun. I have placed an order on 13th april, from that day the status says ready to ship. Frustrated by seeing the same status, called them today and was told that the products placed were out of stock and they do not have a clue when they will ship my order.
they are very clever enuf to start the trouble after leaving the source and in middle of no where... in no state to challenge them that too when u r with family....
