Me too had similar experience. I ordered a pen drive for 220 (Rs.50 discount using coupon). The payment was successful but i didnt receive the order confirmation. I tried to contact the customer care through e-mail and phone but they would never reply. Do not buy anything from Koovs. Go for Flipkart read more...

as i already mentioned..product wise it is a decent car jagdish...but it is a machine and can fail at times..so..service is as important as the car..right??? open your eyes and read other reviews about punto also...

true...the filter on top of this is not working and we are not able to use this product now...i have called the customer service...but we just keep hearing the automated response for hours and no use....never ever buy this product....

Fantastic review Venkat. You are true. Almost everyone lost their money in ULIPs invested in the last year. Yes Dileep. Your explanation makes sense. This could largely depend on the quality of service stations. As for Kerala, i still have no second thought on my opinion. btw...what was the reason for your car going break down around 12,000 kms?..
You are lucky Hareesh. I have met 4 Punto owners before writing my review and they told the same thing about service. Fiat knows it and thats why they are putting synthetic engine oil and so, the vehicle needs to be serviced only by 15,000 km.
what is the reason for the long waiting period for swift? Is it due to the larger no of buyers or Maruti exporting it?
