Truly Agree. Recently faced exactly same set of problems via Shopclues & this courier co.
Ordered Samsung Galaxy S3, Received Samsung Galaxy Core about an hour ago. Price difference of about Rs.10000. Thumbs Down... on Indiatimes Shopping!!
