I would start my post with a big apology for being so late sharing the lovely experience I had at Chennai MS Meet. My friends, I am really very sorry for the delay as some of you might know that I am not very sound with health these days..

Anyways, I am here to share my experience of Chennai MS meet and not to discuss my health condition.

I would not discuss the events and things which happend at the meet since it has already been discussed by many of my fellow Msians and other attendees. Instead, I would share my experience..

We have recently shifted to Chennai, Chennai is a new place for me and my husband with no friends apart from Akash's (my husband) office friends who are generally occupied during weekends and do not have time for us. When Akash informed me that we have MS meet in Chennai and that too on Saturday, I was overjoyed since we would atleast have some social gathering and a weekend which is spent without getting bored at home surfing net and scanning TV channels.

To be very honest, I was hesitant to attend the meet since it was a proper MS meet and although being a MS member, I am not very active and MSians hardly know me through MS. We were looking for the way to reach the venue and Akash was driving and now it was my turn to call Uncle Ross to get the exact way to reach venue and this was the first time when I had a talk with Uncle Ross and believe me, It never felt to me that I am talking to him for the first time.

After reaching to the venue, I was very restricted to be with Akash as I am not a VERY social kind of person, however during those 4 hours, I did not realized if I am with Akash or a part of a very beuatiful MS family gathered in Chennai (of course including Bangalore MSians)

The experinces shared by Bnagalore MS members like Mazhar Bhai and Umesh were very educating and indeed thought provoking.

Deepa and her cute daughter Mahima entertained us through their games, stories and fun!!

Uncle Ross did excellent arrangements for food and venue. My suggestion to you is to ignore all the bad happenings and jsut remember the good time and fun we had all through the meet!

I never felt as if I am not a part of MS family and enjoyed it as if I know these people since ages!!

Thanks you all for making me so comfortable and acceptable in the meet!!!

Regards,

Nidhika
