Friends who wish to go in for Club Mahindra - Please read my story. I have put my member ID and all complaint numbers so that you get a feel of how much follow up you are going to have in your life once you sign up for CLUB MAHINDRA.
Let me state the horror story of joining Club Mahindra in chronological order:
Member ID 776458 13/May/2008 Paid 50% advance to join Club Mahindra - Was made various promises June - Spent in following up for various offers which were promised. Food voucher amounts were wrongly mentioned and the LG vouchers were also wrongly mentioned. Scanned the copy of the written doc between myself and the Salesperson and sent it to CLUB MAHINDRA July - Spent in following up for TV August - Spent in following up on LG vouchers - Though Club Mahindra welcome letter states that we are eligible for Rs. 15,000 of LG vouchers we got only Rs. 5000 of LG vouchers and that too with expiry date of November 2007. Summary of Complaint Numbers June/July - we do not have references From august we started collecting the complaint numbers Request No. 904105 20-Aug-08 Spoke to Prabha Request No. 919901 26-Aug-08 Spoke to Jyoti Request No. 944536 10-Sep-2008 Spoke to Mayur Request No. not available 12-Sep-2008 Spoke to Wali M Request No. 948719 12-Sep-2008 7 pm Spoke to Venkat/Balaji/Saravanan Incidentally kindly note the following: LG VOUCHERS SENT TO ME VIDE REFERENCE NUMBER LG/CMH/VALUE/BATCH01/490 is valid till November 2007????? After so much follow up on the club mahindra issues we are sick and tired of your service levels. As of now we are totally frustrated with the pathetic level of service and the total apathy to customer needs. I request you to kindly refund me the entire amount paid so far including the EMIs which have been deducted and I shall immediately return the food vouchers/tv and LG voucher to your office in Mulund. I am extremely disappointed that a venture run by a large corporate house like Mahindras is bringing such disrepute to the group. If you do care about your customers and do not wish that they suffer, kindly give me on 98xxxxxx or my wife on 98xxxxxxx a call at the earliest to discuss closing formalities. I do hope your customer service officers who read this mail have the good sense to print it and show it to you.
