Addendum to my complaint, they finally released the payment to me after hours of arguing and fighting my case with customer service.. it took one whole month to get the money into my account and i just got a single line apology stating technical reasons for not being able to credit the money earlier read more...

Friends, thanks for your moral support. i am totally frustrated and dejected now. I am also a middle class guy and buying this holiday on EMI.. however this is outright CHEATING By Club Mahindra and shame on Mr. Mahindra to let this happen to us.
