Does Samsung really give a damn about the quality of its products and their customers??? Given my experience with Samsung over the last 5 years the anwswer is an overwhelming NO!!!

I purchased a Samsung LCD for Rs:54,000 in October 2008 and had to replace the panel barely 15 months later at an additional cost of Rs:9,000 that too after pulling internal strings at Samsung otherwise I would have had to pay 27,000!!! What lousy kind of durability is this?

3 months ago I had to replace the power supply unit for another Rs:2,500! Now to top it all, the colour on the screen has gone dark and they want me to replace the panel again for 27,000!!! What the f..k is wrong with these people???

Does Samsung think we are morons to spend more of our hard earned money on a crap product that hasnt been used even 3,000 hours in nearly 5 years???!!! And its supposed to last 30,000-40,000 hours!!!

The service guy says with a wink "give me Rs:7,000 on the side and I will fix it for you!!!" I complain to Sansung about it and they want to send the same chap I complained about to check the LCD again!!! What the hell!!!
