Friends, I would like to warn you against purchasing Samsung LCDs.

What does the company tell us:

Here is what I have to say based on my personal experience:

1. Date of purchase: 22nd October 2008

   
   




2. Price paid: Rs:54,000

   
   




3. Complaint for the last 10 days: Screen blacks out but sound is just fine after 1 hour of running. Swtich TV off and switch on again. Works fine for a few minutes before screen blacks out again.

   
   




4. What do the service guys say?: The panel will have to be replaced at a cost of Rs:27,500!!!!! NO EXPLANATION OFFERED.

   
   




5. What do I have to say to that?: Do you think I am nuts????? Pay 50% of the original cost after just 16 months from purchase????

   
   

WORLD CLASS QUALITY???? CRAP, I SAY AND HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!!

Never again will I purchase a Samsung product in this life or the next!
