The product which I received was wrong in size.I registered my complaint same day at SNAPDEAL online complaint portal but I have not got any response from them.
I raised query and got response from them that they will take care of this but nothing is done till now.
I tried calling at there customer care but call disconnected after long hold. I am really afraid to shop again with Snapdeal as my first experience is wrest with this online portal. Only shop and receiving of product is not worth while online shopping, If you don’t get the support then it’s really waste of money and time. The way this time I shopped with Snapdeal but now I don’t have any support available for replacement. Even the mistake has been done by them not me, but I had to suffer. I ordered the correct size but they sent the wrong one.
It’s my personal suggestion to learn from my experience. I will keep updating my post if I will get any response from them.
