I bought product (order number 3001625840) from Indiatimes, After payment they are telling that your order is cancelled because they have not received the payment. I raised complaint 534596 and they told me to send bank statement & CCAvenue conformation at itsbackend@indiatimes.com. I have done the same and continuously following from past one month 15 days. In that duration they close my complaint two times without conformation from me, For safer side I told CCAvenue to send conformation directly from there side and they have done the same. On Saturday 15Dec again they closed the ticket saying they don't receive the payment. I don't know how they will believe that they have received the payment. I was crying from past 1.5 months.


Today I called them again and there customer care person again raise complaint saying we can not reopen the ticket and I have to wait again till 26 December.
