With the constant hustle and bustle of a daily urban life, one often "forgets" to take care of one of the basic necessities in life - to take care of your body and skin. In this blog, I'll share with you some of the basic, yet important skin care tips; that are not just easy to incorporate in your daily routine, but also essential in its nature.

Always rinse your face with a cleanser:


Too often we find ourselves, just jumping on bed to go off to sleep after a rough and tiring work day. However, if we could just take off 5 mins off our daily schedule in the morning and at night, we could save ourselves from the harmful pollution and stress results on our skin.


But make sure, you use a good cleanser that suits your skin. And I would definitely recommend a wash as over just using a cleansing lotion; though the results may or may not vary.


Tip 2:


Moisturizing the skin is equally important:


Our facial skin is 5 times more sensitive than our skin on the body. So its obvious that the skin on the face loses its texture more than twice as much. Moisturizing your skin can restore your skin's PH balance and it also restores its texture to the optimum level.


Tip 3:


Always use a sunscreen lotion while going out:


UV rays of the sun can be harmful more than we can imagine. Having a protective shield around your skin, is nothing but helpful and your skin will thank you in the years to come. Did you know that the laptop that you're hooked onto daily for hours on end, eminates harmful UV rays as well? That means your skin is exposed to these harmful radiations


more than 12 hours a day!


Merely following these simple steps can ease your pain in trying to restore the lost texture of your facial skin and can help protect your skin, in more ways than you can imagine.
