After eagerly waiting a for year, Salman Khan's fans have a reason to celebrate with Jai Ho, the remake of telugu film Stalin by A.R. Murgadoss, scheduled to hit the screens on January 24,2014. The film also stars Daisy Shah and Tabu in important roles. Salman stars as the incorruptible Major Jai Agnihotri(Radhe) from the Indian army who fights against corruption and injustice.

The trailer is expected to launch on December 11 or December 12. The December 5 unveiling of the trailer was planned at Chandan Cinema for Salman wanted common people to see the first glimpse of his film, as said by the Jai Ho spokesperson.

Although not the trailer but the poster of the movie was released today – December 6, 10:15 am(IST). On December 5, Salman Khan created buzz on twitter with his tweet: “Kal subah 10 baje India time pe link milenga. Click karo aur mere saath Jai Ho ka pehla poster banao. Subah 10 baje India time ok?”. In the morning, Salman Khan posted a link along with his tweet "Pehle is link ko click karo apne PC se https://goo.gl/N3dZ54 . Now form the Jai Ho Poster with me and Be a part of the Jai Ho Poster!" giving his fans a chance to create a personalised poster of Jai Ho. Given Salman's fan following, the tweet received such an immense response that site's server crashed. Then he tweeted: "Thanx for the amazing response. lagta hai server hi crash ho gaya! Will be up soon.” and “Server mia crash ho gayeh I think, vil b sorted out in 10 mins."

The poster received 56K likes and 3200 share in an hour on facebook and #JaiHoPosterToday trending on twitter.The first look of the poster created such an excitement, wonder what would happen with the trailer!
