Coffee and food served in Railway Pantry Cars are very worse and especially coffee. Coffee is nothing but a coloured hot water. Many passengers are purely depending on railway food and I am at a loss to understand why the authorities are not trying to serve quality food.Charge is also not low when compared to hotels. Even passengers won't mind of spending a few rupees more while in travelling. Authorities should improve the quality of food in railway pantry cars as well as in railway restaurants.
