I am currently working as an Acoounts Officer at HLL Life care Trivandrum. In our department 3 executives and 11 assistants are working there. Dedication of each employee is always different from one another according to their mindset, nature of the work and their personal factors. Out of my 10 colleagues one of them is entirely different from one another. Her name is Anisha. She is more sincere and she has good gelping mentality.She is asking all employees if anyone is taking leaves wHether any work is urgent, pending for a long period of time or done by there. If anyone is taking any work is more urgent or pending for a long period of time she is also accept their requirements with full satisfaction and she is maximum done by her without blocking her regular tasks. At the time of the employee is coming after his/her leave that employee has not feel any more workload or tension because the requirement of the concerned employee is maximum done by her. Other colleagues are accepting the requirements if they are requested and not taking any initiatives and the requirements are accepted without a full satisfaction. If other colleagues are going through way of Anisha there was not creating any employee problems and a good teamwork.
