Bournvita Quiz Contest holds a 'nostalgia' for many of us since our childhood as we grew up listening to Ameen Sayani on radio and then watching Derek O'Brien on television. Since 2006, exactly 200 Sundays of my life have passed that have deprived me of the pleasure of “half an hour of experience when the idiot box for once didn’t behave like an idiot”. I remember the days when as a kid, I used to look forward to every Sunday morning clutching the TV remote, waiting for BQC to start. I welcomed the thrill of challenging my knowledge & my uncommon common sense. It disheartens to see that nothing as exuberant as BQC; is present anymore for the viewers. Is there a way to get this show back? I am definitely going to find out a way to get in touch with Derek & his team to tell them that we need BQC back.
