word negligence in India is highly misused ,even those who don't know the even the spelling or meaning of negligence ,but to talk of definition of negligence,don`t mind using this word without any thought.Some times I fail to under who is negligent whether the person calling of to whom he is calling.Some times word negligence feels shy & dis honored why me is so misused,
