Ingredients


Water-8-10 glasses


Ginger root- 1 tsp(grated)


Cucumber-1(medium sized)


Lemon-1


Mint leaves-12-15


Procedure


Firstly,take 1 medium size of cucumber,peel and grate it.Now add juice of one lemon in it.Secondly make a paste of mint leaves and Keep it in a seprate container. Mix all the ingredients including ginger. Keep the concoction overnight.Third add 8-10 glasses of water in the morning.Repeat this for few days. These above listed ingredients have cleansing effect so they remove all the fats and toxins from body by improving metabolism.
