If 1$=1 Rupee than it is a loss to Indian economy. As someone is doing a job in United States and get paid 5000$ and someone is working in India will get Rs.333000 for same job. But I$=1 Rupee than a person working in India will get 333000$.Than why any company pay someone 333000$ when the company can get its work done in 5000$.Now effect of this no Indian teacher,Engineer and all other Employs have to move out of India to get jobs. For India Imports will be Cheaper and Export will cost more than any other country and why any country take anything from us.That is why there is a great difference in 1$ and 1 Rupee.
