Even if I do not know much details about the quality of intelligence the Chinese hackers attained... I am quite sure that the top-secret documents ( or rather the documents that matter ) are recorded in physical form rather than electronic.

Needless to say though, that the ministerial or for that matter, any level of electronic intelligence should be protected with maximum care. Anybody other that the authorized accessing it is crime, whether the ultimate use of the attained intelligence is for or against the state.

Indian government should be embarrassed with such news coming out and should appeal for extradition of the criminals involved, if such terms are not accepted by the governing state, then further business in that particular field, with them, should be refused.

I do not believe in total dominance of the Chinese in the IT sector, however I would be a fool not to accept their rate of improvement. To learn a language not known naturally and to excel in it calls for a lot of hard work, unity and a will that cannot be bent about.

Such attitude is long lacking within the personality of our nationals, which lead to dire consequences. People escaping from the nation for wealth and prosperity contribute a great deal towards the nations disgrace.

Multiplying in millions are the illiterate bodies of the nation, to whom a computer resembles a craft from outer space. Here hacking is of least concern, reproducing and begging is in the objective. Why blame them, if the literate chose to ditch the nation.

International exposure leads to domestic betterment, if utilized domestically.
