Hi Friends,

We all know, When we were in college, Doing studies, We were so unaware of the fact of this real world...

Only the big names, big Companies are enough to make us happy... We can only think "Yaar Infosys, TCS, Cap gemini me Job mil jaye bus hai.. Life banJayegi :-P "

We were so innocent & totally depend on our academic records.. That, We have this much % in this, I can easily get good placement.. but what about the outside theory???

This is what we learn when we come in real world.. What is beyond the Theory..& what a Students should understand when they are shapingup their career...

Working with Startup was some thing " Yaar !! I never heard about this company, Where is it?? Just Started ??? with so less number of Employees??? Nahh !! this is some thing I never want to do.... I will work with Big names,Big Brands" Isn’t it?

This is what I too think like a Unaware child...

But today I am working with a Startup... & I thank God .. that I got this Opportunity...

Working with a Startup Companies is such a good experience... It is a place where you can directly coordinate with your senior like friends.. that senior junior & CEO Employee feeling is very far.... The Place where you can work according to your point of view not what is imposed by Senior's with some selective steps or ways...

This is place where we can see how company form, run, & grow...

How can we help our company to grow & grow even in such a bad market situation... This is a place where you can test what is your skill set.. How much you think Out - Of- Box..

Now also.. Many People working with good brands...Scare of working with Startup... Not because they cant but because they are used to of saying "I am Working with This well known Company"

Startup is for those Who want to do some thing more than what they did so far...

To experience how to live, stay & use market even if situation is bad...

So here I am Glad & Thnx God that I am working with Startup...

Hope Our Kids, Students, & even People working with brands.. Start thinking in positive manner about the Startup....

They need Startup ...Startup don’t need them :-)
