Thanks for your information. I have already taken this step for local Pune office in maharastra. But no one can make this regular practice. Then what is the use of call centre. I appericaite your confidence about Tata Sky. May be you are Lucky to get good service every time.

I have paid through credit card today and I have to call tata to update my package. I cannot choose online? Doe's anyone know on this forum. And one more thing don't call tata sky until your current due date is over. They have immediately change my account and I lost two days in my next due date. An read more...

Tata Sky service is very poor and call centre is worst.
Hi zeniawadia Every call with tata sky (every time new person and story should start from begining they are not ready to check registered complaint) last for more than 25min from my mobile. Calculate the Bill? They promise two times to call back but I never receive a call from tata sky. I don't read more...
