order id#4893789753. snapdeal.com is dispatching faulty product and after repeated follow up, and running multiple times to service centre now came to know had to 15-20days for lock replacement. Would like to know why the hell they don't check the quality of product before dispatch

Completly agree with you. The new router is so cheap model even it does not cover 5 -10 meters. And even frequent connection drop is of no use. Within 10 days f taking connection, have now asked for termination of service. Painful AIRTEL.........actually AIR FAIL :)
