I think therez no point in blaming customer care people for this. They are recruited for their English speaking capability and are equivalent to sales rep. Airtel never give any technical training for them and obviously they are dumb to such requests. In fact none of the AIRTEL customer care peop read more...

Being known that your are in ECS industry, I understand that you blame ICICI bank for no reason. Once an ICICI customer has opted for ECS, then ICICI bank is supposed to pay any amount (not more than twice the previous request) by Airtel. They donot know whether the requested amount is correct or n read more...

You are correct. Now a days, i nvr read tamil dailies. Esp ThinaMalar, a daily with full shit. They nvr even bother to use, very local language in their front page.
