The railway card is biggest scam of SBI - The fraud bank of india. They are not allowing redemption for almost 9 months now. And they charge 500/- as annual charge..
One more update - I had contacted Lenovo team as well and they are looking into the issue. The genuiness from Lenovo side to find a solution was evident from the email which they wrote to me. So I would change my recommendation on buying a lenovo product from 'No' to 'Yes'.
Just to update. There is no response from them on multiple emails. This shop is not an official store of Lenovo in India.. Finally I got the money back by contacting their payment gateway company directly - techprocess.co.in. My recommendation remains the same - dont travel by VRL
