You should have tried the customer support of the flipkart..............they are very professional on that front. i once ordered a book whose pages were printed in wrong way. made a contact with their customer service, they said they will arrange a pickup of the book, which was done in time, & retur read more...

just to update people.........i returned my cooler to the dealer (SURABHI electronics jaipur) after using it for 4 days..........the only good thing was that the dealer was a nice person who took the cooler & gave me my money back (yes !!!). now i am back to using my dessert cooler (which is a bit n read more...
