Yah, this guy is an agent of HDFC. Hey man dont downgrade an institution like LIC which has been trusted by all indian citizens. HDFC is also a good company but not comparable to LIC. i think the author of this write up and the author of LIC's fiasco are representatives of some private insurance company, most probably ICICI because such cheap tactics of tarnishing the name of LIC can be only their game !

I fully agree that LIC is the Trusted by Millions. the comments by the two readers seem to be biased ! LIC is infact most linient in settling claims and it is indeed necessary to prove that you are alive when you visit an Insurance company to collect your claim.
