I got a call from Medlife in response to this post that the refund to my bank account was processed on 16th July 2019. Sadly, it has not been received even till date 13th August 2019. How can these people be trusted ?
You are checking back almost one year after the complaint was lodged. That itself shows what an inefficient organisation you are.
PCI actually sent me a trial pack of Pest Seal spray. That was nice of them. I have never tried the aerospray before. will do so now.

All details are available with you on ticket no 3748 as mentioned above. Why do you not take action? Is it that you do not like to contact your ''customer service'' desk? Full details are already available with you, provided you want to do something about it. (Which I doubt !)
On 13/8, after one week, the PCI sales rep. from Bandra branch informed me that pestseal is not available. ! Obviously we cannot take PCI seriously, as a provider of reliable products & services ! Its better to go to a more reliable party.
I contacted their customer care number 26865656 on 6/8/1012 and ordered a one litre can of pest seal. They said it would be delivered to me within 2 to 3 days. Nothing happenned, nobody contacted me. yes, i too have experienced that Lufthansa is a third rate, arrogant airline. With very poor customer service.
