i agree worst worst worst. I use prepaid in my iphone. Without notice they enable internet connection to my iPhone. Unfortunately you simply cannot disable internet connection. Thanks Yatra for responding the online comments though the same seriousness did not happen when I was trying to book the flights through air ticket vouchers. Because of such negligence, I already asked the provider to cancel the credit card. The two air vouchers were part of credit card. Let me tell read more...

Mr. Gaikwad, I understand the feelings and its high time for teaching them a lesson so that in future they will notify all customers by mails like other banking sites e.g. HSBC does. Somebody should go to consumer court against them

Dear pm.1983, That is exactly what I did. I simply shifted my regular saving and my salary a/c to HSBC. My wife closed the a/c with ICICI and shifted to SBI. I npw atleast feel comfortable.
