A 7% return is not assured in this policy, also here the lock-in period is 28 yrs which is bad. You should always invest in something which has high liquidity.. I would rather go for 1 crore term plan form SBI life or Aviva and keep the whole amount in equity fund if you have 28 yrs long term plan o read more...
