rebore should be done from experts and I dont believe we have such a expert. If are ready to spend the money, put the new piston/cylinder and change the chain sproket... dont use broader tyre....

You can ofcourse have Disk brakes but broader tyre reduces the pickup and mileage... but you will see excellent road grip... My opinion about 5 speed is different. Remember after certain years, we need to get a vehicle fitness certificate.. That's the rule but no one cares. If you dont have VFC, the vehicle has no value from Insurance perspective....

You will get spare parts but not original. They say it's original but not from Japan.. It's from Mumbai but the spare fits your bike.. You can get all spares..

Nope.. Not 100% true about 55km/l. You can get around 40-45max in 135 engine.. Its better off staying with 100CC unless you are ready to spend for changing the engine.. I believe you must have changed the sprocklets/bearings etc..

Hi Eshwar_1989..... I am also looking for RD. I believe nowaday's RD comes with minimum of 10yrs old. Wonder any RDcomes out to market without any mechanical problems. Do we have a mechanic for RD? Heard that Kawasaki 250CC is coming but still Yam is YAM...
