They are still forcing us for replacement when we no longer require the product. Their customer care supervisor Kamal Kishore just kept saying that its a company policy. What kind of a pathetic policy is this due to which customer is being harassed!

Its of no use wasting time nothing else as you promise one thing and then dont give it at all. Even after repeated reminders its not as per told. Pathetic and shameless!!
Yesterday their social media person Ashmit called up after so long but to no use as she was lying saying my bank details were never taken for the roti maker refund which was done on the 25th evening. Please beware people they just are to loot off your money and deny refunds creating some reason!!
The order is still not delivered by them and its been whole week wasted for an already paid parcels. Really shocking to say the least and no resolution from their customer care or their chief manager which i feel doesnt exist at all.
