Hi, I think govt should involve in this and put proper regulations which is beneficial to customers. The whole dth segment is driven in monopoly way according to their own perspectives. Customer is not considered in any way.

Achieving sales target is different and satisfying the customers is different. How good are you in retaining these customers will be the next question. One bad customer service will pull reputation of the company.
