Agreed much lower download speed is expected through usb modem but problem arises when company like Tata and Reliance and so many other hide this fact from new customers and promise them unreal speed. Yes it hard to believe that MTNL can work so unprofessionally when there is competition all around and its customer base diminishing to a extant the it will not be able to even earn its employee salary on its own.
