i beleive we are not seeing the whole picture as when you lose a baggage the customer service sucks,the keep you witing for months and tell you that it`s mate i`m sorry...

totally contradicts my expereience as they were not helpfull at all just ignoring my mails ,reports and never kept up with what they said.
