I should also mention that if you think my review is not useful, you had better realize that comparing the sale of a domestic car/truck with a German fine-tuned automobil is the same process, then I think you need to go back to high school!
I am also responding to this person's review of my experience at One Stop Motors. I think Mr./Ms. Townsend has to understand that selling a BMW Sports Coupe is TOTALLY different than selling a truck! If you look at your credit card bill, there is usually a portion of printed instructions describing where to send complaints about quality of merchandise or problems with your bill -- the phrasing may vary - but they usually just give one address for all complaints -- send a letter with all the info read more...
